I wasn't all liquid, but had a pretty restricted pre-op diet (under 1000 calories). The first few days were rough, but once the sugar was out of my system, it wasn't so bad. Good luck...you can do it!

My surgery was on September 2nd in Marietta, GA, feel free to add me as a friend. I am presently in the first week of my soft food stage. During the liquid phase I did well hitting my numbers. Now that I'm on soft foods I'm having problems maintaining my protein and my fluids. Does anyone have any tips on ways I can get them both in without getting up at the crack of dawn and going to bed at 12 midnight.
