  1. Hi, I had my surgery on 9/2 and would love to compare, feel free to message me.
  2. My surgery was on September 2nd in Marietta, GA, feel free to add me as a friend. I am presently in the first week of my soft food stage. During the liquid phase I did well hitting my numbers. Now that I'm on soft foods I'm having problems maintaining my protein and my fluids. Does anyone have any tips on ways I can get them both in without getting up at the crack of dawn and going to bed at 12 midnight.
  3. I took the first 3 weeks off. It took some time to get accustomed to the changes and I wanted to get through the thin liquid stages before going back to work. I was extremely happy I did and it also gave my body a chance to heal.
