HELP! I need to maintain 190lbs to have surgery

I went to see my surgeon on Thursday and I was told I had to maintain my wait at 190lbs , I am 5lbs away!!! How am I supposed to do that when I still have 3 months of nutrition classes left??? I told the Nut but she said I could go down to 185lbs. I don't want to get denied so I rather stay a 190lbs.

What do you do to maintain your weight?

Good job Newstart38! I have lost another 1.7 lbs. since I last wrote. I've been doing a lot of cardio. I know I'm supposed to be maintaining but also want to show my NUT that I can lose a few pounds. :)
