If you make them I would do what they say and make small ones, I just dumped the whole thing in the pan at once, makes for hard flipping....thus the not so pretty one I ended up with but oh well still taste good.

@Elode...oh I see. Thanks for the info. I have changed my eating habits and exercise more. I've actually lost 21lbs since this process began. But haven't been working on eating slower, drinking, all that stuff. Guess we will see. I have about 3 months left and I will be changed for the better! You are one of the first people that I saw postings from when I first joined this group. So I tend to watch and see what your comments are to other people and learn what I can from you all. @@mommyfrog3 Oh, don't listen to me if it has anything to do with eating slow. I am horrible at it!! I have always been a fast eater, I knew it wasn't going to go over well with me. I still eat fast and it still makes my stomach feel like crap when I do (depending on what I eat) that's the one thing I struggle with.

I still can't find the directions. I went to page 11 and the picture is there, but when you click on what looks like writing, not blueberry pancakes, the ingredients are there, but no directions.
