What's for Breakfast?!

So I'm super curious what everyone is having for Breakfast and what phase they are in and how far out post-op we each are. I would love new ideas, recipes, and products to use. I would also love any comments as to what may be wrong or incorrect about my meals. As for me, here is my breakfast and the nutritional breakdown.

I will be six weeks post op on Monday July 27. I started my preop on May 26th and sleeved June 15. Down 31 pounds since start of pre-op

1 pouch of Oat Revolution Steel Cut oatmeal with flax

1 Tblsp of natural honey

1 Tblsp of finely chopped walnuts

1 Tblsp of finely diced strawberries

241 calories

6 gr Protein

40 gr carbs

8 gr fat

A few side notes. It will take me two settings to finish this meal. I also use this breakfast to get my carbs in for the day. The rest of my day will be focused on protein! My NUT says I am allowed only honey or agave nectar as a sweetener.
