another vote for Dannon Oikos Triple Zero coconut creme - it's fabulous! I also like Fage coffee-flavored, but it's hard to find.

I love Yoplait 100 Calorie Greek Yogurt. The banana Caramel flavor is omg! 12g Protein, 100 calories, 12 carbs.

I also eat Activia Light. As my surgeon wants me to do at least one a day, for the Probiotics. 4g Protein, 60 calories, 8 carbs.

I like Oikos brand, I'm going to have to try that! .

@OKCPirate Do you mix a whole scoop of Protein powder in it or half?

I really liked the Dannon LIght & Fit Greek Key Lime flavor. Also, one time I added a teaspoon (I think it was a teaspoon) of the sugar free Fat Free Jello pudding mix (cheesecake flavored) to my Fage 0% and a little sugar free Raspberry Syrup (Torani). It was pretty good. A little too think so I think I would use less pudding mix next time. Tomorrow I want to try a little PB2 and some chocolate Jello pudding mix - or chocolate Protein powder (which sounds pretty good too).

Try mixing plain FAGE with the Starbuck Via instant pouches. They are strong so I use anywhere from a third to a quarter packet to every 4 ounces of yogurt.

Thank you for all the ideas everyone! I just ordered PB2 and chocolate PB2 so I was thinking to try that with plain yogurt.

Another idea a friend from work gave me was buying plain greek yogurt and adding a squirting of the crystal light flavor concentrates (the ones that you add to water). Just figured I'd share, but I haven't given it a shot yet

I never considered adding Protein powder to the Fage Greek Yogurt. That would be delicious with some good tasting Protein Powder. I'm going to order the Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie flavor. If I mixed it with the Fage Greek Yogurt it would be like a dessert with tons of Protein.< /p>

My only issue with yogurt is that I have to be cautious about eating it too frequently. It can be a slider, so I have to eat it slowly and sparingly. It's so easy for me to eat a lot at one time if I'm not paying attention. That is why I dislike that it only stays good for about a week after you open it.

I mix it with Syntrax matrix PB Cookie! It's wonderful. Also with the chocolate and the mint chip one.

I also mix in SF Torani syrups, fresh fruit, blend in in shakes into oatmeal and use it in salad dressings.< /p>

Ok I am totally having that for Breakfast tomorrow!!! Thank you! Never thought of that one!

If you like the taste of Jello, I like to do this.....I mix up 1 pkg of sugar free Jello with a cup of hot Water and stir till the jello is dissolved. Then slowly mix it into a cup of plain Greek yogurt and then refrigerate it. The texture is like "whipped" yogurt and the flavor is amazing! My favorites are lemon and peach. Orange is good too.

Half (I also put a half in my coffee in the morning)

BTW, I mixed plain Greek yogurt in my Tomato Soup instead of sour cream. You can substitute it for nearly everything you want that creamy flavor in.

Agreed. I use FAGE in place of mayo, in place or sour cream and occasionally I mix a tsp with my egg before scrambling. It makes for a nice, creamy egg.

The best yogurt I have found is FAGE 0%. I don't have a container of it right now, but I think one cup contains 23 grams of Protein, 12 carbs, and 120 calories. Please correct me if I am wrong. The downside to this stuff is that it is quite expensive and only stays good for a week after you open it.

I only buy FAGE 0% Greek yogurt. I eat it pretty much daily. In fact, I buy it by the case from Whole Foods. (6 pts @ $6.99ea - 10% case discount). I add it to my Protein shakes in the morning, use it instead of sour cream and even as a mayo replacement. I like that the only ingredients are milk and yogurt cultures. Nutrition breakdown is Calories 130, Fat 0, Carbs 9gm, Protein 23gm, Sugar 9gm per cup.

As for add ins, I use pretty much anything on hand; fresh fruit, almond butter, a drizzle of raw honey, and on the rare occasion I buy flavored Protein Powder, I'll add a scoop of that and mix with the yogurt and then sit in the fridge for a bit to chill to the consistency of pudding.

Me too, I find it the best and it's really lovely :

So one whole package of jello with one cup of Water for one cup of yogurt? That seems like a lot, but I'm gonna give it a shot right now!

If the proportions are different let me know and I will retry LoL

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
