when are you all planning to start excercising. I went to store today and walked around. was glad to get back in car after 30minutes lol. Lets just say i will start slow. My surgeon says to walk as much as i feel able to as soon as i feel like it.

nurse d,

I have not been tempted either, even when my hubby got fries and chicken sand. I look at it and think "ugh, what would that do to my band?" whatever it is, would cause pain! I am also a nurse. Nice to meet you!
