  1. nurse d, I have not been tempted either, even when my hubby got fries and chicken sand. I look at it and think "ugh, what would that do to my band?" whatever it is, would cause pain! I am also a nurse. Nice to meet you!
  2. when are you all planning to start excercising. I went to store today and walked around. was glad to get back in car after 30minutes lol. Lets just say i will start slow. My surgeon says to walk as much as i feel able to as soon as i feel like it.

  4. Dawn, I seem to be in the same boat you are. I get down my Protein shakes, drink my Water, and am hungry quite a bit. No problems with overdoing, just hungry. The stitch in my port area is getting better, not hurting as much. My sites are itching and look to be healing up. I am waiting to weigh until tuesday when i see my surgeon. I truly feel like I have lost at least 10 lbs. good luck to everyone else, bandits, bandits to be.... WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS, WE WILL HAVE IT NO OTHER WAY!!!:whoo:
  5. I wanted to get everyone's fav Protein supplement... because i am such a newbie, hoping to learn! I have bought syntha-6 from Vitamin shoppe and it tastes great.... chocolate milkshake flavor. I want to get different flavors etc for variety. :help: how about ya'll? thanks, gina

  7. my port it sore around it, have one spot that feels like a "stitch" occaisionally that pulls... otherwise I am doing fine. how are you doing with your intake?
  8. So excited, am 3 days post op and doing great! really look forward to the upcoming weight loss journey... thanks to all of you for the great posts and encouraging stories, not to mention the helpful tips, hints, etc. gina
