Ladies after surgery did you loose your boobs? Sorry if this is TMI. I'm just new to this and started my pre op doctors appointment.

They're still here, just deflated haha! I went from a 46DD to a 38DD.....not necessarily because they are still large but they need that much room for all the extra skin. Sorry if its TMI.

Well they look great in a nice bra but my hubby knows the shocking truth! I actually look pretty flat chested in a tee shirt without a bra on. It's sad but I wouldn't trade them for anything. I love my 150+ lb weight loss more than a full chest :)

@@capricec if your extra large on top because of weight gain, yeah your gonna deflate a bit. If your breast tissue is your breast tissue then not so much.

I have also gone from a 42DD to a 38DD but the breast tissue is pretty much the same, not much of a deflate in them other than that paunch that I had above them at the clavicle line. I can now see my collar bone :)

One really good tip that I was given as I started my pre-op, post op and even today I still put this into practice. Support!!! Get it and use it. If you are at the gym you want a really good supportive sports bra to hold those babies in place. The more they hang the more you rip the muscle and Fiber that keep them up and they will sag.

So when I am at the gym I make sure to have a great sports bra on, and when I am home working around the house I will have a good supportive bra, sports or other wise on. This was a tip from my breast specialist, even before I started considering WLS, just for breast health in general.

I am sorry to say I had great boobs prior to surgery and now they are deflated and falling like the rest of me. It is one of the cosmetic procedures I will treat myself to once I lose and stabilize.

I also now have a completely flat rear end which by the way makes my tail bone hurt like heck!

Yep 40 Triple D to a 32 D. I'm ok with it but I'm getting them bigger soon as I get done losing weight. I've always had big boobs so I want them back! Just keep the smaller waist size and DD. I'm built to handle it.

Yes. All of me is now back down to the size I was as a college freshman, including my now floppy 38 G boobs that were, at my biggest, 48 DD. It is my intent to have them lifted and possibly plumped up after weight is stabilized.

It's been my observation that larger women have larger boobs. Apparently, clothing creators have noticed too, because the bust in most shirts/swimsuits/etc has been large. I've NEVER experienced boob growth as I've gained weight. I have always been a B.

I'm wondering/hoping that I'll retain a B since the girls haven't grown! Anyone experienced that?

I was always a B. Weight gain got me to a 38C. Now that I have lost weight, I'm back into a 34B. The girls snapped back pretty well. I went to a PS consult to see if I would benefit from a lift, but was told that I wasn't so much drooping as that I was experiencing middle age deflation and would benefit more from augmentation to re fill the upper part of my breast.

Good luck to you and your breast.

Susan

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
