Has anyone ever got approved within 2-3 months?

Just wondering if anyone got their sleeve from meeting the doctor to surgery? With the insurance and pre op requirements?

    My insurance requirements are 6 nut visits so seminar in August 2015 first nut class Sept 9th last nut class will be Feb 2016 hopefully surgery will be late Feb early march

    Time goes by fast...I am scheduled for December 28...waiting for confirmation and official approval from insurance.My band port pain just recently ..so it is a mechanical failure!ugh.
