This topic interest me as well. Being a double mastectomy breast cancer survivor who opted for no implants, I have had the DIEP flap. Essentially, they took a blob of fat and skin from my tummy and made two breast mounds and attached them to my chest. So I have NO BREAST TISSUE. It's all fat! Transplanted fat! So I wonder what mine will do. I have reserved a final reconstruction/revision surgery (I've had 5) for after I loose weight. I really don't want big boobs. I'd be fine with not much at all if I were very thin. I'll keep you abreast!

I was a very full 48H at surgery. I'm almost 6mo post op and am down to a 40ddd. And it's actually getting loose around and cups are getting gappy again. For me I'm loosing proportionally. So everything looks pretty even.

Mine went from 44D to 38B and are still holding their own at the age of 63. On the TV show BOTCHED, the plastic surgeon mentioned to a patient that 21 centimeters from clavicle to nipple is ideal. Mine are 22, so I guess that's not too shabby.

Got out my measuring tape last night and apparently my surgeon got the memo, LOL, because my new ones are exactly 21!

Mine do a great job keeping my knees warm, lol. Then again, they did that BEFORE I was sleeved, so I can't blame that on the weight loss.

It'll be 7 months this week for me, and I've gone from a 50DDD to a 40D. Not in love with the look right now since my boobs are disappearing faster than my belly, but once they catch up with each other I think it'll be okay.

I am a 40ddd and i am looking forward to having some of it go away !! But not a whole lot!! I hope it's not "swinging low sweet chariot" when it's all over!!

After losing 100 lbs, my boobs went from 48H (watermelons) to 40DD (tube socks). This was before my breast reduction surgery. I'm not sure what my cup size was after surgery, but I've lost 35 more pounds since the breast reduction and now find my 34D bras are too big. I think my current size is 34C, which I haven't worn since junior high school. I'm getting a big kick out of being small-breasted.

Did your insurance cover your breast reduction because of the weight loss surgery?

Appreciating the small bits in life!! Because these juggs I am afraid after I loose weight they won't be so full they will be some saggy messes!!

My insurance covered the breast reduction because of my backaches. And it's a good thing they did, because since the breast reduction, my back has been just fine, and I had really suffered before.

I don't know how old you are, but age makes a big difference in outcomes after weight loss. I was 60 when I lost most of my weight and my loose skin is prodigious. My breasts really did resemble tube socks with rocks. Younger women probably fare much better.

I went from a 44 D to a 38 G (i was informed that a G cup was like a DDDD cup! If you have a chiropractor-I recommend you see them when you feel out of alignment. Weight loss-especially a rapid one-83 lbs over 9 months-can cause some strain on your body. And frequent body massages if your insurance covers it or if you treat yourself. I definately recommend getting fitted for a bra as well. Lots of changes ahead!

I lost 90+ pounds "on my own" back in 2010/2011. My boobs were never large, but after the weight loss, they were completely pathetic. They were like two tiny little empty sacks hanging from my ribs. It was awful. I decided to have breast lift with augmentation along with a Tummy Tuck. Best decision ever! I love love love love love my boobs now. And my flat tummy. Even after regaining 80 pounds and now re-losing it post-sleeve, my breasts and tummy tuck are still amazing.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
