Daily food intake log - what app do u use?

I have never been a log or list keeper but i am finding it a great way to success. I really had no idea what my daily carb, calorie and protein intake truly was! Is there an app anyone uses that is easy to use, id love to hear about it.

My Fitness Pal, both on my PC and my phone. You can scan bar codes to find foods easily and it will sync to your computer and vice versa.

Lose it! Is what I use. Syncs to my fitbit

MyFitnessPal...and it syncs to my fitbit as well. I used to use fitday.com... but MFP has lots more listings and easier... I also use the phone app when I'm on the road.
