I'm eating like a normal person

  • Popular Post

I remember a time I could eat a whole plate of food, finish my daughter's food, and still have room for desert. But since the surgery I take a few bites and I'm done. I used to get frustrated but now I enjoy it because I feel like a normal person that knows their limits. I know that this isn't a NSV but to me it seems like it. Just wanted to share. Oh, and now my daughter finishes my plate...NICE!!!????

Truly amazing how we have adjusted our eyes to our stomach. Always heard your the other and served myself too much of ... Ok everything

Now a very small amount is just fine

Took me years and yet I still stumble occasionally ...

So grateful for a procedure that changed my life in 2006. I am truly a different person in a different size than I was ... And I do love me now

That was a long hard road????

At first it disappointed me when I was forced to leave food on my plate because I felt like I would pop if I took another bite, but now I feel like this tool has changed my whole outlook on the way I eat. My body actually knows when to say when, and its really awesome.
