Mine was so bad today b/c we went to Tulsa, OK for Thanksgiving with my in-laws....had the usual T-Day food, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and the works and 3 Cookies. I feel miserably fat now and I am getting back on tomorrow but only until Thursday when i have to cook too! Urgh!:laugh:

I have missed posting these last couple days, it has probably saved me from some embaressment with my intake though :) - Sounds like I'm not alone - NO satisfaction in the failing of others (I"M SERIOUS!) but your timing has coincidently given me the realization that others are right where I am. I'm going to do my best to be good this week - now I do realize that this might be a hard week for that but I have to work Thanksgiving so it shouldn't be too bad.

Luluc - Did you end up trying the ravioli - I did with a few additions (I'm never good at following a recipe) I added more cranberry sauce and some leftover ricotta and bechamel sauce (I made a lasagna for a sick friend) I also added some mashed sweet potato. For the gravy I added some of the cranbery sauce and a little madeira - they ended up very good. Definitely more of a Thanksgiving Ravioli - I bought a whole lb of the ground turkey and used the rest for the following recipe that I scaled down:

www. rachaelrayshow.com/food/recipes/turkey-stuffin-meatloaf-scallion-mashedpotatoes-gravy

I did add more of the stuffing though - that is my favorite part of the meal and I didn't think I was going to be able to enjoy it post band - in this recipe I didn't have a single problem and it tasted really good - and I have never liked meatloaf. (I only made the meatloaf part of the recipe.

Yesterday:

B: 3/4 sm. cinnamon roll

S: tastes of different recipes I was making

L: 3 turkey / cranberry ravioli

S: fun size Peanut Butter m&ms

D: 1/2 c. turkey / stuffing meatloaf

S: 1/2 small cinnamon roll

I appreciate your patience in my long posting ! :P

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
