D-tuna made w/ranch dressing, 6 crackers

Okay, so I'm looking also for the Wasa crackers and I can't them even here in Baton Rouge except the multi-grain and another kind, but not the sourdough. I WANT WHAT BLOOEYZ has!!!!!!! LOL

I too am addicted to food and I pledge to do better today and eat what I want, but in moderation. I pledge to get back to the gym when I get back (Y'all I'm on vacation from DH and I'm having fun and the gym IS NOT in my plans):grouphug:.

I am soooo loving this thread!! I bought some of the WASA crackers and I loved them!! When you guys post "so and so on WASA" is it in 1 wasa?

I actually contemplated making a sandwich by using 2 but found that I am completely satisfied (and full) with just one. Try egg salad on it ... it's the bomb!

hi all have been roamin around here for a while and thought i would post today.

Welcome china!

I lost another 3lbs.

I am finding I am very restricted on bread so no more sandwiches

Congrats on 3 lbs lost ... Try Wasa as a bread replacement :wink2:

With this being my first Thanksgiving with the band I was very impressed with how little I ate, compared to years past.

Here was what I consumed yesterday:

B: 1 cup of light egg nog (seems to be my norm right now)

D/L: 2 small slices of turkey, a couple bites of each: potatoes, stuffing, green Beans, sweet potato and fruit salad.< /p>

S: 2 bites of pumpkin pie.

At the dinner table I used my bread/salad plate as my main plate. That way I wouldn't over consume and take too much. It went very well. Hope everyone enjoyed their day. I am going to walk off some of the meal by shopping today!

Yesterday:

Like Luluc I had some issues trying to get some of the usual fare down - not sure if it was the choices, me eating too fast or too much or just an off day.

B: 3/4c. pumpkin custard ---- (ok so maybe it had crust around it and sugar free cool whip on top - and some people might call it a piece of pie) :)

S: snack size candy bars - couple not really sure, couple small pieces beef Jerky

L: 1/2 c. rotisserie chicken, couple bites dreessing w/ gravy & cranberry sauce - a good portion came back

D: 3 turkey/cranberry ravioli

S: 2 sm no bake Cookies

Today: Not sure how to count this day - experiencing black friday shopping after coming off my shift - by the time I go to bed will probably have been up for 33 hrs. - I'll just kinda restart the clock when I left work at 0700.

B: 1 string cheese, 1 fun size reese stick - came back up (while I was in a store without restrooms - made a dash for outside - embaressing !!

S: grande eggnog latte made with 1/3 skim milk

L: insides of a taco bell meximelt and the toppings from their nachos bell grande with some of the chips

D: haven't decided

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
