Surgery May 12 and this is really happening

The hospital stay wasn't bad at all, I was up walking soon after getting to the floor. I came home on Thursday and have been active since. I have been walking several times a day, what is everyone doing for exercise? Obviously not weight lifting. The Protein shakes are going good, Water intake is good. What is everyone using for thier protein? I am using Jay Robb and ISO-100.

Let Me know how you are doing.

My surgery was the 12th also! I came home the morning of the 14th. I'm walking every day and trying to get as much liquid and protein in as possible. I haven't been able to drink 64 ounces of liquids yet. I'm really trying but I'm so full I feel like I'm going to pop. I'm still really sore and have a lot of gas pain and a headache all the time.
