Is there anything I can have at Smoothie King?

There is a smoothie King just down the road from my job. Yesterday they sent a bunch of cards to our office that gave everyone a free 20oz smoothie.

I've been looking through the nutrition info and even the Protein smoothies seem to have a ton of sugar in them. Is there anything I can have from Smoothie King or do I need to give my card to someone else?

Just looking over their menu I would recommend the Shredder - Vanilla: http://smoothieking.com/menu/smoothies/slim-blends/the-shredder-vanilla

High Protein, mid to low sugar. Maybe you can ask if they use a sugar substitute, for example Tropical smoothie café will sub out their Turbinado for Splenda.

The Gladiator looks like a great option as well: http://smoothieking.com/menu/smoothies/fitness-blends/gladiator

Looks like there's no sugar, all protein.

I'm not familiar with Smoothie King but I'm wondering if you could call or go online and look for a sugar free option? Lots of chain places post their nutritional info and menus online.

I would avoid it. So much of it has sugar. At the very least do your research and see if there is any substitutions they can make.
