I need some idea where to find this brand of shakes in NE Florida. I am pre-surgery (month or so out hopefully) and I am trying to get an idea what I do, and don't like.

On a different note is anyone here willing to discuss the medical staff at St Vincents Riverside? I am going to be there and I have never spent a night in the hospital except when I had my kids years ago.

If you are looking for other brands that you may like- there is a store in Jacksonville, Fl ( I live here too) called Jax Sports Nutrition and they sell a high protein low carb protein powder that has 37 grams of protein and 3 carbs. It is called Intex revolution and is in a greenish container.

They are very helpful and there are two locations in the city. One off Atlantic near San Pablo and another off Southside Blvd. If you tell them you are a weight loss surgery patient and want to try samples they will mix them up right there in the store for you. It comes in lots of flavors. They also have a lot of high quality protein bars.

Sorry I don't have any insight to the staff at St. Vincent's. I had my done and Baptist and had a great experience.
