Is there anyone who knows of a good cream or maybe some exercises to tone your neck? Since I have lost weight and some of my chins I have very pronounced lines in my neck. Totally a vanity thing because I feel great and am not complaining just wondering. Or did anyone else have this and did it go away?

I use Bare Minerals Extra Firming Neck Cream -- it doesn't reduce the amount of skin, but it does firm it up and I don't feel like such a turkey neck. I hope it continues to work as I continue to lose!

I am finding some success in massaging the neck as I lose weight, kinda to keep ahead of the loose skin. So every morning, when I apply my Cerave cream, I really work in in, vigorously massaging, to stimulate the area. I have really noticed it firming up, following the line of the neck. That cream is FANTASTIC, and I am 53 years old, so my skin is in the "rapidly aging" category. The cream seems to reduce the crepe-y-ness, also. Good luck to you!

I love the CeraVe PM too. It has hyaluronic acid, niacinamides, and ceramides which are supposed to be great for plumping, retaining moisture, and anti-aging. I use it on my the back of my hands. I like Coconut oil too.

I want to try the Bio Oil. I cant seem to keep enough moisture in my hands... they are my problem area right now from sun damage and age.

Have you tried the Cerave cream (in the big tub) for your hands, as well? I find it more economical and SERIOUSLY AWESOME for my hands, elbows... I get mine at Walmart, because I am (as my husbands says) FRUGAL! Not cheap, FRUGAL! The only problem - and I'm snot sure it's really a problem - is it tends to "slide" off when I get my hands wet. But even after I dry my hands, they are still moisturized, without re-applying! LOVE this stuff! I even use the heavy cream on my face A.) when I am strictly in the house during the day. B.) at night before bed. Nothing else compares to the level of moisturizing, that I've tried. Did I say I LOVE THIS STUFF?!

I will look for it on my next trip to Walmart! I might as well start slathering down any areas that I think will need some help as this weight comes off. It cant hurt to have supple moisturized excess skin :P

I think the best part of the cream is that at the end of the day (after applying it in the morning), it is still very noticeably on my face and neck! The skin is soft, not in the slightest bit greasy, and I have yet to break out with it. And this is from someone who can't wear make-up because of sensitivities, and MAJOR breakouts! Since it appears to be water-based, it is very easy to wash off, which, to me, is remarkable because of it's longevity throughout the day. Stock up! Once the word is out on this stuff, it's going to be hard to find! Have a great evening.....

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
