OK, I have a question. I let the battery go dead on my bugg. I put a new battery in and now it just has a quiet buzz all the time. Pushing the button and the band does nothing and it won't sinc to my computer. What do I do??????????????? I need my bugg.

Renewed, I wish I could help you but I have no clue as to what you should do. My coaching session is this Friday. If you are still having problems then, I could ask and see what they say.

Okay, I haven't been doing so well lately. I haven't even been wearing my bodybugg. I put in on today and I am determined to get back on track.

How is everyone else doing?

Renewed, what happened? Did you call the bodybugg company, email apex, or 24 hr fitness? What did they say? That's crazy.

I love my digital watch display. It really tells you to keep movin without having to get on the computer. I get online sometimes and get easily sidetracked, then an hour later I am thinking darn, I could've burned a lot of calories in the time I sat in front of the computer.

I was kinda bad diet wise over the Holiday, gotta get back on track.:smile2:

This is what the Bugg (Sammy) has done for me. Black and white top 6/23/07 377, red May 25, 2008 310 and beige May 26, 2008 310. My journey started Jan 7, 2008 down 67lbs. Only my arm and my teeth are banded (braces). e0c67997ce1065d8383e62895fe2d059_2589.jpg?dl=1211917722 c8dbbe62576beefff613d2e62b7828d6_2588.jpg?dl=1211917722 6d7832c87292e3adfabf8f3a5bab17b8_2587.jpg?dl=1211917722

Oh Renewed, don't be embarassed, it sounds like something I would do too! My DH is good with technology....let's just say I am technologically challenged. I'm always asking him for help with electronic stuff and usually I end up feeling like a doofus, lol!

I haven't seen anyone post stats lately but I am going to post mine. I'm very proud of myself today and it keep me accountable (when I wear it, lol)

Mine lasts about a week and a half.

I want to make sure I get the most that I can out of it !!!:wink2:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
