I was sleeved Dec. 29th started at 209 and down to 177. Not sure if that is so great. Really don't have a clue what I can eat. Just drinking the protein drinks and water mainly and some chicken salad made at publix deli. What's everyone else doing?

Let us in on some of your daily meals that got you where you are today. Having issues in FL.

Sleeved Oct 23. I have lost 61 pounds. In a stall right now. But feeling great.

I was sleeved October 10 and I'm down 73 pounds.

So reassuring to read everyone's stats! I was sleeved on October 3rd at 320 and am now 265. I actually have my 5 month follow up tomorrow and my doctors goal was for me to be at 260. I'm 4 pounds short of my goal and have been down lately because I am not going to make that goal. Feeling good though so I'll keep on trucking along! :)

I had my surgery in Sept. Surg weight was 197 and this morning I weigh 151, so I am down 46 pounds. I used to wear a 40 inch waist pant and now I am in 32 inch pants. Very happy about that. Hitting my Protein every day and diligent about getting the Vitamins in every day. Still working out the balance of how many carbs I need to keep in to sustain weight loss - if I go too low I hit a plateau, and if I add some extra carbs in I start losing again. Exercise is hiking a couple of days a week, and dance. I used to bellydance a lot when I was young, and I am finding my new body remembers all the moves - so that is fun to do again.

I had surgery on 10/14. I think 68 pounds in 4 months isn't so bad, but I'm also in a stall right now. For almost 2 weeks now I've been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. Annoying!

wighed in today at docs, down another 11 lbs!!sleeved oct 6th,very happy, getting closer and closer to goal!!!

Surgery on Halloween and down 67 or 68 lbs? @@resipsa89 I am also stuck at 191! I seem to be stalling this month so I am also upping Protein and cutting carbs. Good luck to us both!

It's so good to hear everyone's story. I was sleeved on Oct 9th and I feel awesome!! I have to confess I have not been to the gym at all. I have hit little stalls now and then but I know I am still losing inches. I have been in a stall for about 2 weeks now so I think I have to change things up. I pretty much eat what I want but definitely not much of it. I don't drink soda or beer and a few things here and there that my stomach just does not like anymore. I have about 25 lbs to go to get to my goal weight and will be hitting the gym on Monday and going back to basics. I am going on vacation in June so I need to hit my goal by then - I will be on a mission!

Congratulations everyone!
