Hey, everybody!! It's a beautiful morning in NE Tennessee!!

I have a lunch date today, so I don't have my plan worked out yet. I also promised my daughter taco Tuesday, so I've got to work through both. That's life though, right?

I'll get in my Water & exercise today, as usual.

I'll check in later. Have a swell day and take care of you.

B lettuce Canadian bacon cheese wrap.

L Ginger Tomato Soup 3 onion rings

D Burger cheese on lettuce/broccoli

Snack 3 cashews so far

Planning a smoothy for evening! Fresh strawberry to boot!

Water is my drink of the day! Must remember my vit/min. Have not been on that train lately. Today is a good day to get back in the supplements!

No grand kids today. We did have a celebration lunch with sweet Grand daughter on her way home from 12 days at the hospital . She is beautiful but a bit wobbly. God is healing her.

Mowing and gardening. Loving the sunny dry day. Windy but ok in my jacket. We just spied a red bellied woodpecker nesting in a mature oak behind the house. This bird is huge! Many gold finches, downy wood peckers, robbins, purple finch, wrens and blue jays about the feeders. HIS eye is on the sparrow. I know he watches YOU! Live longer, and eat smartly!!

Hi! Can I join in? I am almost 7 years post lapband, with a complete unfill in November. I get a fill on the 29th, but I am trying to keep myself accountable. You all seem so motivated. That's exactly what I need as I start this journey again!

I'm calling today a success. I did not get much through but I did not force it either. No binge. I got stuck at dinner and had to quit. The Pete made smoke tonight, so it is going bye bye in the morning. So now things will start to settle down... ya right. I did get a small bowl of sherbert, and it is going well. ya'll have a goodun'!!

Welcome, @@Glammaw! Good job, @@bacon!

I had a good, good day. Lawyer went well. Therapy went well. food is spot on. 1200 calories yesterday and today. Tomorrow I will be able to once again walk on my lunch hour. I've missed it. Got my stairs in both days.

It feels so, so good to be back in control with the food.

@@Glammaw - welcome to the crew!!

@@bacon - good job yesterday! Can we repeat today?

@@JustWatchMe - I was so thankful to read that yesterday had gone well. Like you, I feel so good & strong when my food is under control. Kudos for making it happen for YOU!

@@punkinvine - we are glad to see spring as well. Now if we could just find a house and have a yard to work/play in!

@@2babutterfly - you back in the swing after your weekend? Are you testing yet? I gotta admit, I miss some things about teaching, but that's not one of them!

All is well here. I ate according to plan all day long, even eating out twice, until evening. I got into a treat that is a weakness. Instead of binging on the whole thing, I handed it to my husband and had him eat the other half. I did drink an extra 24 oz of Water to wash it down and maybe help flush it a little. It's also logged into my fitness pal so that I'm not in hiding or denial about it. The big girl is still alive and well in my head; however, her bad habits sure made me feel like junk last night. I felt so yucky after eating out and the treat. Why in the heck do I do that to myself?!?

Today is a new day and there's no eating out, thank goodness. My plan:

B - 8 oz shake w/fiber

L - greek yogurt w/fiber & granola

S - 8 oz shake w/fiber

D - 2 egg omlette & 2 bacons

72 oz of Water, 75 minutes exercise (30 minutes already done!!)

777c, 84p, 26nc

Hope you guys have a swell hump day and take care of you!!

I was wrong. Have to work through lunch today. That's okay. I'll get my stairs in. I've been getting hungry earlier at work. I'm considering adding a snack to my day. For today I brought my lunch, and dinner at home will be quite late. So maybe a snack in the afternoon. Could be a Protein Shake.

B cheerieos 3/4 C 1/2 C milk 1 strawberry

L Homemade vegi Soup

D? Out with the Elderly Aunt and Mom... best choice on the menu (fish is my thought)

I am not a computer specialist! Hope the house hunting can find you a sweet abode! Thinking garden and birdfeeders? That is not for everyone but I sure enjoy it! We are in 2 acres among 35 acres of mature hardwoods in Indiana. Been here many years so I almost forget how to house hunt! It sounds exciting in a way! Blessings all and praying for success to abound on your WL journey!

EXERCISE Vacuum, rake , hoe............. here I go!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
