First Fill Today

so i just got my first fill today. 1cc...i thought i didnt have any saline in my band but come to find out i already had 7cc from my surgery...so she added 1cc n ill go back in 4 weeks to see if i need an adjustment. wasn't bad at all. no numbing the port area just a tiny poke. no issues keeping fluids down! woohoo!

For some reason it takes me a few days after a fill for it to settle in --- this is definitely a good time to be really practicing the noticing of signals and chewing very well, going slow......especially with a primed band as you're "ahead" -- you are really on your way now! Green Zone is a zone, a range, not one specific place -- at least that's how it is for me. Best wishes!
