Just had surgery...things I can do now to help minimize loose skin?

I'm just a day out of surgery, and wondering whether there is anything I can do now that will help my skin retain its elasticity? Has anyone tried supplements, lotions, exercises, etc., to care for their skin as they are loosing weight, and help prevent saggyness? Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Try dong a search on "loose skin". There's a thread here and here that discusses this at length.

After surgery, my face developed very fine wrinkles. I looked like I was 100 years old. That is bad because I am only 66. My wife suggested I use a product on my face called BioOil. I bought it at CVS and apply it once every morning. It took away the wrinkles. It has worked for over a year now.
