Well everyone......we are supposed to warm up and dry up too.....so that only means one thing for me....biking!!!!!

WOHHOOOOOO!!!!

I am less than 5days until I weigh in and I am working very hard to to get down to a 100 lbs off!!! I weighed this morning and if it is what it was today, I will change my ticker to reflect....(That would mean i was only 4 lbs away)

So, going to kick some butt out on the road tomorow, hopefully not not picking my butt off the ground from falling....HA-HA!!!

So, everyone....enjoy and be safe out there!!!!

OOOOHHHH....and Good luck TX!!!!!!

C - I'm on liquids too, since I just got a fill yesterday. I can start with mushies again tomorrow... but not sure I'm ready! This is a GOOD fill. Haha. I wrote on another thread how I ate about 3oz of my Activia yogurt for lunch and felt like I was gonna pop. My dinner was a small pudding cup. Now I'm sipping on Cranberry/Raspberry juice. Yum-O.

Totally off topic (like we never do that here?) - Have ya'll ever heard of The Diva Cup? (Diva Cup) Very weird sounding... but the more I read about it, the more appealing it seems...

Also...

Has anyone noticed since losing weight that you are cold all the time? Brrrrrrrrrrr! I'm still like 140 pounds from goal and I'm FREEZING most of the time. Shivering burns calories, right? I shoujld consult my BodyBugg. Lol.

Awesome job HP.

ZZ I think I could fill a Diva Cup within an hour. Yeah maybe that was jsut TMI but the idea grosses me out a little bit. But from things that I have read people who use products like that absolutely love them.

HP: Great job on the weight loss! You can do it!

ZZ: Wow, it does sound like you got a pretty good fill! I was so worried about being really hungry on this preop part, but I am doing surprisingly well! Keep up the good work on your goal with HP. You both are almost there!!

Oh...and that Diva Cup? Heard about those years ago, but they didn't really take off. Something about them not staying in place and "tipping" over....yeah, ewwww.

BG: The sun is shining just south of you! Did you get your good weather?

ZZ,

The Diva Cup doesn't seem too freaky to me, but I'd have to be given one to try. I'd not buy one.

I love the if you're over thirty paragraph...like really, "your hoo is giant, even if you didn't birth a baby, it's old, we're telling you now, old, giant twat needs the bigger cup, don't balme us if you bleed down you leg..."

Now there that's way too much information. Sorry guys.

On to the weather, it's chilly today but it looks like the sun is trying to break through. We are spending a few hours at the zoo. But I am taking my bike to the shop to get my aerobars. Yeehaw.

As far as the weather in Indiana today.....it is sunny, still just 39....so hoping for a nice warm up this afternoon.

OH I sold my Trek last night too. Great family. They have twins.

April 10th!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!

And, I am all about purses chica. I loooove them. There are some I just have a hard time paying the asking price for. Like Vera Bradley...love em, but just can't justify $100 for a cloth purse! Ya know?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
