Nerves are getting the better of me big time

Due to have my sleeve done on 20/12/14 and iv had all my paperwork through about the risks of surgery to say it's caused me to wobble is an understatement. I'm hardly sleeping through Nerves.iv started to take kalms to see if they help just two days till I start my lsd/prep diet. Any tips to help with this anxiety thanks

It's just scary that the stats are two in 500 die that's one in 250 people proper creeped me out I'm doing it iv paid to much not to still terrified x

I know that can be scary reading about death rates but being that weight loss surgery should be a last resort, the alternative of remaining obese can ultimately lead to death too early. I'll be sure I'm up walking around the same day of my surgery to help avoid the main cause of death after these surgeries which is a pulmonary embolism. I pray that your surgery goes great with no complications.

If that is your surgeon's death rate and you're that concerned maybe you can look into going to a different surgeon? My surgeon's death rate is 1 in 3,000..

Dont worry. If having this surgery were causing people to drop left and right it wouldn't be allowed! You'll be fine :)

Something I did to help me look past surgery and stop worrying if I'll make it out on the other side is I ordered my favorite movie from amazon and it's supposed to get to me the day after surgery. Now I have two things to look foward to! Well it helped me at least.
