so this week I am back to work and take my vitamn b12 pill everyday, I have not once felt tired except for when I get home It is so weird because before surgery I was exhausted now I am fine all day. I highly recommend this pill to everyone after surgery.

A B12 supplement was one of the things on the list for me to take "for life" along with extra D3, extra calcium and iron in addition to 2 multivitamins per day. I've never had energy issues and labs have been perfect so far. Recommended? Yes!

I agree. I did a b12 injection for several months after surgery and there was a huge change in my energy. I haven't done it for a while and I've noticed I am just tired all of the time. I'm thinking I may start it back up again. Thanks for the reminder!
