Anyone go to Mexico Bariatric center

Has anyone had their surgery at the Mexico Bariatric Center? If so, which doctor did you use and what was your experience?

I have turned in my health assessment to them and to Ohio State University.

I was accepted through OSU, but it's more expensive and takes forever.

I have not heard back from MBC yet, so I'm waiting on pins & needles.

Not yet but that is who i am going through. Using Dr. Valenzuela. My surgery is January 14.

Mexico Bariatric was recommended to me. They gave me the option of two surgeons. I did some research and picked her. I dealt with Karen to start with and now Rika :-)

I am using MBC as well Dr Venezuela on January 13th. I like this group because of nutritionist before and after as well as the Facebook page. having a woman surgeon is a personal choice and I think she has a good background. I have Cindy as coordinate, best to call. Get on the Facebook page for MBC, it rocks!

Rebecca Friesen my surgery is day before yours, same Dr. We need to say hi!! I'm going alone and would love to check in on you!

I just had my sleeve done 2 days ago by Dr. Valenzuela. She was awesome, and the staff is great too. I have very little pain and no gas problems at all. Been up 2 hours after the surgery walking around.

alenaz2015, congrats on your successful surgery. This is just the beginning. I will join you soon, same Dr on Jan 13.
