hi everyone!!

what a day, nnafrancesca woke up at 7.30 am after me going to sleep at nearly 4am! her little leg got stuck in the cot. Of course she was not going back to sleep. To make matter worst she's having a hard time with her back teeth coming down. POOR BABY. she was not in great form. Then i went into town Dublin City Cente (i'm only 15mins away) i went up 60 stairs with Baby on in my arms to drop my moms skirt into be taken up, i was almost down all the stairs when i realised, i left my bag up stairs. so all the way back up with baby in arms again. As i walked outside it started to rain!!! 5 mins earlier the sun was beaming. Then i went into Brown Thomas (a really expensive designer departmet store) and bought Annafrancesca 3 skirts and 5 t-tops and a Zip up cardigan all either Ralph Lauren & Burberry and only spent 130 euro thats about 170$ how cool was that! today was the final day of there sales. all the stuff was this sunners stock which is what i wanted for going to Italy!! Anyays sorry to bore you all but just needed to get it out of my system!! x

Dini Babes, that is a lot of steps. Guess you got your excercise in for the day!LOL.

Dini, still finding out how to set up a poll. I actually started a new thread under Lapband F&Q and References to help get some directions on how to do it. Have no replies yet, but I just posted it last night. Hope to get one soon, and I'll post the polls for the cruise.

Dini, sounds like you need to get back in bed and wake up on the other side!!

Whenever Hunter was cutting teeth he always seemed to get a cold too. I think it goes hand in hand. Just keep her comfy with some Tylenol or whatever you give her to keep fevers down. And give her lots of popsicles. That will feel good on her gums.

Hey gang! How's everyone doing? I'm trying to slow down. Actually on Saturday, I got plenty of rest and I think that has helped me kick this infection. I'm still finishing the antibiotics, but I feel sooo much better. YAY!!!!!

Dmtjet, of course we can be sisters! Like Lynette said, I feel like I'm family w/ya'll already. I can't wait to meet ya'll in person one day!

Dini, sounds like your day has started out a little rough. And poor Annafrancesca. I don't have any kiddies, yet, but remember when my sis had her son. They lived w/us for his first 3 years. I remember the teething process...drool everywhere! And tons of popsicles! LOL. That seemed to help him out a lot. Wow. You got a deal on Annafrancesca's clothes. I'm jealous.

Ash, I hope you're doing well at work. Has anyone asked you any questions? Do they know what you had done?

Kathybad, love your pics of your men (and your kitchen, too). How old's your son? And now you HAVE to keep us updated on your kitchen and post and after pic!

i know i got made today with Annafrancesca clothes, where were going in Italy all the Clowns will be there as i call them. snobby family and friends that i dont like. they think cos they have money there better than everyone else. I feel like my dad has joined there gang since he got his new car. I'm struggling and he's off buying crazy expensive cars. he should be helping out his only daughter and he's only grandchild.

Thanks!! I'm glad to hear your infection is about gone! I am doing ok at work, but my shoulder is KILLING me.... Like so much to the point that I just want to break down and cry. (Which could be a combination of things, exhaustion, stress, etc.) I just wish I had one more day to rest...

I called my Dr's office, and left a message for the nurse to call me, asking for something less strong, (They gave me demerol, and it just KNOCKS ME OUT).

I think if my shoulder wasn't hurting, I'd be doing great. On the plus side, I keep belching, so that's a good sign! :clap2:

Ash i'm hoping you feel better real soon. i hate hearing of people in pain. have you tried a heat pack? i put Bio Freeze my my should when it was sore and and it help lots although its from the gas it still helped

Hello m'am. I'm at home right now. I don't go in until 3pm. The clowns, haha. I know how family can be, trust me. Lately, I've been staying away from mine (except my mom & dad, and my fav cousin Natasha). Too much drama sometimes. I just can't and don't want to deal w/it. Life is too short to be bothered w/that stuff, you know?

Yes, I am tickled pink that this infection is on its way out the door!!! I have my final appt w/the surgeon and nutritionist on Thursday. Wow. It's really getting close.

Yes, I have tried to use a heating pad, it didn't help much. The only thing that has provided relief is just laying on my shoulder. Like laying on my side, with the pressure on my shoulder. THAT takes it all away. But it's kinda hard to do that, when I'm at work. :-P

I also forgot to address to work question, everyone here knows what I had done. They've all been very supportive! My co-receptionist here said it made her tummy hurt to see me in pain. I thought that was just the sweetest! And the RN I work had to count my incisions.

The only thing they asked about is my port, and where it's located. And I don't know if it's the swelling I have in my stomach, but my mom and I have poked all around my belly, and have yet to find that darn thing...

That is wonderful they're all so supportive. I've only told a handful of people at work. The ones that I know will be supportive. And so far, they have been. They are so excited for me and can't wait! I'm sorry about your shoulder. I think you should try putting the heating pad on your abdomen (where your diaphragm is) b/c if I understand right, the shoulder pain is referred pain from your diaphragm. Just an idea.
