I just want to go to the bathroom! UGH

I have always struggled a bit with constipation, but this surgery is KILLING me. Lol I have been taking meds now for 3 days to try to go. Still nothing. I know maybe TMI but please tell me this is normal?

One cup of strong coffee and within 20-30 minutes, I am clean as a whistle!

A lot of doctors don't allow caffeine. I went 30 days without.

What helped me was exercise. Now that I'm back to working out, I am right as rain.

I had problems with constipation right after surgery, but took stool softeners and a laxative. Now I eat prunes every morning and that seems to work.

It was miralax
