3 weeks out is it normal to have 8 oz of food

I measure everything I eat I stop cuz those r the measurements don't feel discomfort or anything I eat chicken shrimp ect and feel fine is this normal I read everyone else's posts and there meals sound nothing like mine most of u can't even have solids am I doing something wrong help

I eat about 3 Ozs but dont always feel full soon after. I exercise or drink fluids then. My understanding was to keep the calorie count under 1000, carbs at 75 grams, and protein at 60 grams. Always best to talk to your team.
