I've been on my diet for 1 week now and went to my pre op appt today and I was down 8 lbs!! 1 week till my surgery!!!

I hope you are recovering well. I am in Baton rouge but having it in Mexico Nov. 21. I plan on attending the support group once a month at woman's hospital upon my return.

How did it go? Who was your surgeon?

Hi I'm in Baton Rouge! So glad to find that you all are my neighbors! I went to my pre-op on Friday down 8 lbs I have 12 more to lose by Dec 20 that's when I go back to my surgeon. I don't know my surgery date yet but I am excited and nervous at the same time.
