HELLO!!!

Is there anyone going for the sleeve or has gotten the sleeve up here in North NJ? I'm looking at January, and I started my journey about 4 weeks ago with Dr. Paragi.

I work from home 3 days a week.

I just booked my sleeve with Dr. Bessler at Valley on December 16th. Finding this site super helpful!

I am super scared, but also really excited! I live up in Sparta, but I work at Valley Hospital so I am always in the area!

You are going to love dr Bessler and the valley office. I certainly do!!

Hi! I too am seeing Dr. Paragi for my surgery. I was originally going for the bypass but changed my mind and I'm going for the sleeve. My surgery date is officially on January 15th! How do you like him so far?

Im in n jersey. Two days out,, dont forget the pain meds for real!! Lotsa ice pops n bottled water

Hi there @@Shell88 and @Jennifer02188! Dr. Paragi is my surgeon also, dont have a date yet tho Im hoping for Jan tho. So glad I found some folks on here with the same surgeon

@@Shell88 he seems ok right now however the office is kinda unorganized and are usually running behind schedule. Newme is the new me that I cant wait to meet! Its been a struggle with my weight for yrs. How's ur experience with Dr. Paragi so far? Do u have a date?

@Jennifer02188 I started with him early sept. I have my gastric emptying test this friday. How bout u? Its such a long process....im anxious

@@Newme4113 Once I got the gastric emptying study done I soon got my surgery date so I hope the same goes for you! I have been seeing him since June actually. It is a slow process and I agree that his staff can be a bit unorganized and that's annoying. But overall he does seem like a pretty good doctor.
