I have been taking the vitamins I was given preop... Mix with water they taste like tang ... For anyone that remembers tang... I am now 3 weeks post and it is making me gag... It was suggested I mixed it in my protein drink ... Totally gross... I want to go back to my gummies... Vitamin c... B12... Woman's gummy... Coq10....anyone taking these! Alyce

i took the calcium chews for a while however they are calcium carbonate so i switched to citrical gummies

Yes, I've been taking the VitaFusion calcium gummies from the beginning...I'm at 9 months and still taking them.

I was wondering about that too! I've been taking the women's gummy and the B12 gummy for a while now (well before I started this process and I'm still pre-op). I just recently added the biotin gummy as well. Did anyone have trouble with them post-op and have to switch? I am afraid they'll be hard to digest.

I take those daily now...but I started Vitamins a month after surgery. The vita gummies were fine....love the taste

I take the Vitafusion calcium gummies and the Flintstones daily Vitamin gummies. Regular Multivitamins don't tend to fare very well on my stomach.
