Does anyone have trouble viewing Bariatric Pal on the phone?

Every time I look at this site on the phone it freezes and unable to continue to use it. I don't think it's the phone cause I'll jump to Facebook and it's fine. Also the screen moves as I am reading a post and then somehow it magnifies what I am reading? The web is so much easier...

Have a great day.

I also have truble downloading pics in mt galaxy s 4 they come out sideways and cant fix them any ideas??

Ken S., it's all good now! it is definitely an updated version i'm looking at.

Is there an update in the Kindle store? As of yesterday I couldn't use the app without updating, but there wasn't an update available for my Kindle Fire tablet.

It freezes on my iPhone 5s....so I took it off.

We stopped releasing a Kindle specific app. You should be able to use our new Android app on your device. You can download it here.

It seems better now ... I have not done anything but somehow it's not freezing anymore. It's a relief! Thank you for the concern ;)

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case ... unless there's a secret to force install apps from the play store on a kindle that I'm not familiar with. Really bummed about not being able to use it. Boo.

I don't think you can use android apps on a kindle.

It's a shame you gave up that platform and don't allow the older version to be used

And, since the old app doesn't work on kindle, I wouldn't be able to access this thread to see if your link would, in fact, work on that platform

@@Ken S.

on the android app i now can't see that menu line that used to appear on the bottom of the screen that allowed me to see all the items that appear on the web version, ie, notifications, messages, etc. is this the intention? all i can see now is the actual forums.

@@jessiquoi You can slide out a menu from the left side of the screen. The menu is accessible on nearly all screens throughout the application. The only 2 places that it is not accessible is while reading an actual topic, or while composing a post/reply or topic.

I was having major issues but this week it has been fine

I have problems with it too. Hope they fix it soon
