Congrats!!!!

Great job keep it up

I feel the same way. I'm 2 weeks post op and I'm almost afraid to move to the next stage- purée. I've tried a couple things but they didn't agree well now I've been sick for 2 days. Also I've gone through so much I don't want to slow down my weight loss. I guess many of us go through it but hang in there as will I!

Ladies, you really need to get your protein in if you want to lose weight. Mashed potatoes are not what you need at this point. Yogurt , soft cheese, protein shakes should be the majority of your intake at this point. Small sips and walking in between is what helped me get it in. And sip, sip, sip that water!
