  1. I started excersising 4 months before surgery, I use to just zumba 3x a week for a hour, then a month after surgery since I was loosing and feeling better I started to do bodycombat and started to workout more. It becomes a addiction, when I don't go to the gym and workout I feel down lol. I have great support here we are a big group of ladies we support each other. Sorry you feel sick, you should try walking fresh air helps rather than being inside a building exposing yourself or even at home you can do at least 30 mins of excersise, it really helps the weight drops faster when we excersise for at least 30 mins a day or 3x a day at least.
  2. Yes I excersice 5x a week I do zumba and bodycombat you should try it its fun,...plus I jog every now and then
  3. Snowkitten I've lost 135 pds so far, I remember loosing 25 pds the first month it scared me but I felt great then it slowed down to about 15 pds a month for abput 4 months now I loose either nothing to 6 pds a months it varies, I'm close to reaching my goal 20 pds to go,....there have been a few stalls the longest one lasted 3 months I was loosing nothing but was loosing inches. To be honest I don't count or keep track of what I eat since I been on the atkins for about 8 months now I started it with my last stall a 2 weeks after I started it I started to loose weight again, I'm too lazzy to keep track on what I eat how many calo, carbs etc so I made it easy on myself I buy the frozen atkins food and one fills me up, I eat a snack also atkins and 2 atkins protein shakes a day. I have 2 meals a day and a light salad or soup for dinner,...sometimes I cheat we are humans but I get back on track the next day. Atkins has many great snack and chocolate yummm delicious.

  7. To be honest with you, I'm not going to lie I use to keep track of everything 1 month after I was sleeved bye bye,.....then I was stalled for 2 months I kept track of everything until I broke the stall and ever since I don't I really don't maybe because I'm lazzy? Lol plus I only eat atkins diet stuff and workout 6x a week for 3hours
  8. I remember when I got sleeved a year and almost 3 months ago, I thought I was gonna die when I use to swallow fast and eat fast, it took me a min to learn and adapt myself to my new eating lifestyle, I use to crawl on the floor because of the pain I use to cry I use to tell my bf back then I'm going to die its a matter of time you will get use to it sweety!!!!! Good luck
  9. Unfurtunetly we are on the same boat, 2 weeks before my menstrual I eat and eat non stop I get hungrier and seem not to fill myself up which I do because the pouch can only take so much I get hungry fast . After my period same thing as you I could only eat a certain amount and I go back to normal, its very stressing I feel like I'm gonna explode or damage my pouch but thank God my periods are normal now, because the first 7 months after surgery I use to menstruate 2x a month which cause me to become anemic and needed iron infusions.
  10. Don't get discouraged, I was stalled for 2 straight months 6 months after surgery, I use to cry the first 4 weeks. I blamed myself and even though I was loosing inches the numbers would not go down. I learned that the scale was my worst enemy, I started to ask questions went back to the first phase of the south beach diet and still nothing happened. Then I decided to change my diet I started buying the atkins shakes, foods and snacks 2 weeks after I changed to the atkins I decided to weight myself and dropped 13pds but I had also increased my workout,...therefor please don't discourage yourself, don't stress or worry keep a journal it helps, drink lots of water. Best of luck
