    You're very welcome, I also love shoes as well now I can wear heels which I love and look sexy, my surgery was Nov 5th, 2013 I've lost 104 pds and 44pds to go to reach my goal, I noticed my shoes fitting me real loose 1month after surgery

    Yes I was a shoe size 10 sometimes 11 wide now I'm a 8 and not wide and I fit into size 6 mens sneakers lol

    I quit pop (soda) 3months before surgery, I don't drink anything but crystal light and water,,..but I drink more water than anything I also squeeze a lemon into my water I do this 3x a week since I love lemon
