I'm 3 weeks into piyo and one shakeology in am. I've only lost 3 lbs but I totally see my shape changing. I hate jumping (curse of big boobs). But thought I would share my results in case anyone has thought of getting it.

I am drinking shakeology and doing PiYo as well. It is awesome! I did not think I was going to be sore the next day, but I was! It is so fun to do.

I have been doing PiYo and LOVE it!! It compliments my running as well:) I don't do Shakeology because it costs way too much for my budget but I love the workouts. I feel stronger and I am definitely more flexible.

You look so amazing on your journey u are wearing your sleeve and dat piyo is quite amazing too. Keep up the good work all of you guys.....blessings

I do yoga for weight loss and it helps. I can do piyo but not high intensity stuff.
