small, medium, or large frame?

Hi Sleepyjean,

Based on my knowing that I have a small frame and comparing it to the chart it is accurate. I'm 5'6 and have a 6" wrist which puts me in the small frame category.

I didnt measure my wrist, but I am 4'11 and def. small frame

Hi, this is my first post. I think the wrist measurement might be okay if you are at a good weight for you - when I was at a 'normal' weight I could overlap my finger and thumb. Now that I am 100+ overweight they don't even meet. So I know your wrists gain weight too!! I am 5' 2 1/2" and by my wrist measurement I would be considered a medium frame. However, my orthopedic surgeon who did my knee surgery said I had the "tiniest bones for such a big person" he had ever seen. Also my dentist has to use a child's mouthplate (or whatever it is) when taking impressions for a crown, so I think I am probably small framed.
