I just got this new phone before coming to Chicago. I've been trying to get used to it. I've never had a smart phone before,

All of a sudden,my apps have disappeared off my screen. They did go long ways in alphabetical order, and now I click on apps and there's nothing there. I don't kwow where they went or how to get them back. I need to use the GPS on the phone and I can't find it cause my row of apps is gone!

It is hard for me to visulize what you are talking about. Did you try swiping the screen since there are usually pages and pages of apps and maybe the particular page you are landing on is blank?

Try pushing and holding down on the arrow on the bottom right of your phone. That should bring your apps back.

I took it over to my friend's house who has a son. I don't know why I didn't think of doing this. He turned my phone off, and after it rebooted, all the apps were back.

Even when I swiped the screen , from page to page, they were all blank.
