  4. I've only lost 28 pounds since surgery 5/13/14. I was stalled for almost 3 months. No matter how you slice it. ... that's slow. This is about the rate I lost on Weight Watchers. The only thing that keeps me from going crazy is the hope that I can keep it off this time.

  12. I stalled from month 3 to month 5 1/2. The way i broke the stall was to increase my calories from 650 to 1000-1200.

  15. My bmi was 38.6 at the time of surgery. I am losing extremely slow! I was stalled for almost 3 months though.
  16. My nutritionist told me I can take regular vitamins. You may want to ask if you have to use chewables. I couldn't stand the taste of them.
  17. I have celiac disease so that takes a bunch of them out of the running, but I do eat and love Quest bars. .. apple pie flavor is my fave.
  18. My surgery was on the 13th and I began losing my hair a couple weeks ago. I've cut it really short and it's super thick so I hope to be able to hide a lot of the damage.
