How did you drink the vitamins?

So since I already have a month post op I can start drinking the vitamins the doctor told me but they are HUUUGE, can i drink the whole pill at once? Or do i have to cut it? What size more or less? Im afraid it will get stuck in my stomach or something!

    I take powdered vitamins...yu can swallow and wash it down, or yu can mix it in a drink, food or jello, yougurt!

    My b12 is a nasal spray and my multi vitamin is powder my iron is chewable and so is my calcium

    i use childrens Flinstones chewables and take 2 a day and chew them then swallow with a bit of Water.

    my calcium is liquid, although i'm switching that over. can't stand the stuff anymore!
