@pdb45214 someone else had mentioned Chia Seeds to me...to you just eat them like nuts or mix them in something?

I mix it in with my shakes it really gives substance and sustenance to the shake. For me I can last longer between shakes without getting hungry. One tip: buy them at costco or equivalent. Much much better price and quality.

I find most of the pre-mixed shakes have so much sugar...does anyone know how much there are in the ones you are using? I know the Core Power Lights shakes have about 11 g...I try to stay under 5 g if I can. Thanks for any suggestions.

@Mikee57 the Premier Protein shakes from InsureNutrition list 1g of sugar for the 11 fl oz shake...

30g protein! 160 calories ....

I use the Premier Protein pre-made shakes as well and love them! I like that they're milk protein instead of whey. I can't really get over the taste of the whey protein shakes :)

@tara76 are you getting them free thru InsureNutrition.com?

No, I get them at Costco. I saw the post about their website and filled out the form to see if I can get my insurance to cover it....fingers crossed!

@tara76 Good luck...I got mine approved for 6 months... i get the Protein shakes, Vitamins and some WONDERFUL scar cream...that stuff is magic!

Hope it works out for you... it is so nice not to have that expense since I have trouble getting in my protein!

Thanks so much BigGirlPanties for that information, I am going to try to find them.

@Mikee57 you are welcome...but try InsureNutritiion.com to see if you qualify to get them FREE :)
