Are you kidding me?!?!?!

I'm starting to get those comments from family and friends....... "Surely, you don't want to lose any more weight....... You don't want to get too thin."

Are you kidding me?????? I still weigh 194 pounds and I still have an OBESE BMI. Of course I want to lose more weight, and don't worry...... I'll never be too thin!!!!!!!!

Remember...they are saying this based on how you used to look. If you do a before/after, it might seem like you are plenty thin and don't need to lose any more. I'm getting the same comments but you can also see by my ticker that I'm still technically overweight. I'm just eating the way I've been eating since I started this thing and the weight will stop when my body has nothing more to give up. My surgeon says I'm eating healthy so I'll just keep on keeping on. Have a great day in The Big Easy my friend.

Being fabulous has its perks, now does' nt it ? I agree with go walking, they're comparing you to your before and dont realize that you have'nt reached a healthy weight yet. Just tell them you and your Dr. have decided on a certain bmi, you'll celebrate with them when you get there. Congrats on your weight loss so far ! Great job !

I've been getting the same comments lately. I still have about 40 pounds to go. I'm still "obese" for another 7 pounds. I laugh and then squeeze my tummy and say here's another 40 pounds, but thanks!

Some folks do not realize that they are not really helping with those comments. Along the same lines as How much you gonna lose, Aren't you at goal yet, or my personal favorite Are you losing weight because your sick.

Take care
