What's the process your insurance required?

My insurance would not approve True Results, they said I had to use a medical group that has what they call a Circle of Excellence. True Results was not in that group. Not saying there is anything wrong with them but my insurance just said no.

I went through them, had Dr. hollis, my insurance would not cover my sleeve but covered my herrnia. So im paying them 6900. I liked the dr. And the nurses were fantastic. I was the only sleeve on my day so I got to stay in their surgey center by myself with 2 nurses over night. It was 1 st class service. But i feel like ive been cheated out of a lot. I never met with a nutritionist, i has blood work and a ERG and thats all the preop they did. And the post op has been minimal to say the least.
