Help Mind over Matter its btw my ears sweet tooth

I have done so well. 3 months out, 53lbs lost. Exercising now, weight loss is slowing. My sweet tooth seems to have returned somewhat- HELP! I work and stay busy, is it boredom, I just want to taste it, I have even spit it out. The urge is hitting me everyday. All of a sudden I want gelato, a piece of chocolate or two, a cupcake. It must stop. I am scared and need to adjust my thinking. Tips, thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

I am having the same problem but I find myself substituting sweets for protein bars and I know I am eating too many. I will take a bite of one every so often thru out the day and by then I have ate 2 of them.

it is hard cause I have the biggest sweet tooth and up until about a month ago it didn't bother me.
