High Protein Soups and Chili

I have included several recipes for high Protein Soups and chili in the article How I Survived Bariatric Surgery. These generally have around twice the protein content as store bought soups and chili. It is available at http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery.pdf

Thank you for that wonderful synopsis of your journey and the great recipes. I printed it and will keep it in my file for future reference. Congratulations on your success!

Enjoyed reading your story! Best wishes to you in this new chapter of your life. Very exciting! Just wanted to mention I recently discovered that collagen which I'm taking for arthritis has quite a bit of protein. One tablespoon six grams into a twelve gram Greece yogurt increases the protein exponentially. You've given me the idea to put it in my chili! I am using Great Lakes collagen.
