5 Week Update

I had surgery Feb 18th. I started off at 278 and now 5 weeks later I'm 248. I didn't realize I was down this much until I made a pic collage. The first few weeks were very rough but I think this surgery choice was one of the best decisions I ever made.

The pic on the left was before surgery and the one on the right was at 4 weeks post op.

I think you look great and I'm hayting you right now! I still have three more NUT sessions to go. Personally I think you look good in both pics, but I can definitely see the results of your five weeks in the "after" pic.
