  3. I was sleeved 2/18/14. My starting weight was around 300, Day of surgery 278 and I dropped down to 198. However, I have been taking care of my dad and working a lot lately and have completely falling off but I don't know how. My weight has jumped to near 230 since February. I'm sooooo depressed.   5. It's hard to say. It all depends on the person assigned to your case. Just try being patient, I'm sure everything will work out fine. However, the process can be very stressful.

  7. I'm 14 weeks post op and have reached a major stall. I was sleeved 2/18/2014, since surgery I have dropped 42 pounds. I have been stalling now for over 4 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do?

  11. I was sleeved February 18, 2014. I have lost 33 pounds but feel it should be more. I haven't started working out yet due to a few fainting spells I have had but I'm looking forward to starting tomorrow. Please feel free to share some great meal plans and exercising tips.

  14. You should try the Gladiator. It's only 180 calories in a 20oz and it's a meal replacement
  15. I had a smoothie yesterday from smoothie king called the Gladiator which has 45 grams of protein. Is this a good choice?
